3. How We Use Your Data

4. Cookies & Similar Tech

5. Sharing & International Transfers
We never sell your data. We share only with essential service providers (Kajabi, Stripe, Google, Zapier) and professional advisers. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity
• Purchase records: 7 years (HMRC compliance)
When data is no longer required it is securely deleted or anonymised.

By accessing ppcprofitclub.com or purchasing any product you agree to these Terms.
2. Educational Purpose
All content is provided for professional education. We do not offer legal, financial or tax advice.
3. Purchases, Payments & Refund Policy
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We understand that investing in our educational products is a meaningful commitment, and we are dedicated to delivering value that meets your expectations. This no-refund policy enables us to maintain the quality and ongoing support we strive to provide each client.
4. Intellectual Property
Courses, templates, videos, text, graphics and trademarks remain our property. You receive a non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale or public display is prohibited without written consent.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
We make every effort to accurately represent our products and their potential. Individual results vary based on skill, effort and market factors. We make no income guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
